I grew up in Baltimore and Carroll County, and now reside in Carroll County. I'm a fan of the Ravens and the Redskins and am also a huge fan of the Maryland Men's and Women's basketball program. Go Terps! I've also lived in the DC and Northern Virginia area for about 10 years after college, so I am very familiar with this tri-state area. I enjoy eating good food, watching movies, and spending time with my family and friends.

I've been in the field of Finance for over 15 years and with the company for 7.5 years. I have been and am currently a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. I have a B.S.B.A. from the American University with the concentration in Finance and an M.B.A. from Loyola College with the concentration in Finance.

I've been personally originated and have been involved with over 1,100 mortgage loan transactions during my career at All Financial Services. In this market, a borrower needs to work with an experienced and professional loan officer and company.

Everyone is talking about how bad the real estate market is BUT for the home buyer, it is the best time to buy a home. Interest rates are at a historical low point and home prices are extremely low as well. Further, sellers are willing to provide seller's concession so they can get sell their homes quickly.
